In Haunt the House, you play ghosts trying to scare away some pesky ghost hunters that visit your abode. Each hunter has a different combination of scares that will send them from your home in fright. You can play scares above the room they’re in to use its special powers, or below to hide your intentions. When you think enough scares have been played, yell ‘BOO’ on your turn and see if you’re right. Collect points and become the spookiest ghost to win!

Defend your home!

You take on the role of ghosts trying scare away those pesky ghost hunters who have foolishly wandered into your home.

Spook Hunters

Each ghost hunter is afraid of some combination of scares, like creaks, chills, moans, and bumps. Do you have what it takes to spook them?

Room Abilities

The rooms in the house have special abilities which can be accessed to give your ghost an advantage.

Bluff Your Friends

Play scares above the room face-up to use its special abilities, or below the room face-down. Were you actually trying to scare the ghost hunter, or was it a bluff? Only you know for sure!

Collect Gear

Grab the equipment the hunters drop to add to the collection you have at the start of the game. You more identical items you have, the more they’re worth at the end of the game.

Phantom Powers

For extra strategy, add the Phantom cards to your games. Each has a power that can help you during the game.
